Thrifted Wilfred Free T-shirt Dress

August 24, 2018

Affordable thrifted dress on a budgetSince we are almost into fall I’ve been loving this thrifted Wilfred Free t-shirt dress I scored for $8.99. Not only was it great for summer it will work well into fall with flats and a jean jacket. Does anyone else have a lot of stripes in their summer wardrobe? It seems like stripes have definitely taken over my summer wardrobe and I am loving it.

Thrifted summer fashion on a budgetI know I go on and on about thrifting clothes but I feel like it’s the best way to find affordable, high quality clothing. Did you check out my video about Thrift Shoppping. See how we went thrift shopping and saved on our final purchases. I think thrift shopping can feel overwhelming but if you have the right tools you’ll find what you are looking for. Check out my last blog to see 5 tips on how to thrift successfully. You could find something as great as this thrifted Wilfred Free t-shirt dress.

Thrifted T-Shirt Dress for Summer

Wilfred Free Dress: $8.99 (thrifted), Leather Purse; $5.99 (thrifted), Black and Gold Sunglasses: $2.99 (thrifted), Black Sandals: $15.99 (Sears)

Total Cost $33.96

Thrifted dress and purse on a budgetThis thrifted Wilfred Free t-shirt dress sells for around $60, which is a lot more than the $8.99 price tag. One tip when thrifting is to make sure you look at the tag, if you don’t know the brand search online to see what a similar dress from the same brand would cost. The other day I found a beautiful yellow jacket, it was wool, but I didn’t know the brand. I searched for a yellow jacket of the same brand and it turns out the jacket that was only selling for $8.99 was actually from Anthropologie. If you do not know the brand but the piece of clothing seems high quality, make sure you do a quick search online. Happy thrifting!
