I find spring one of the hardest times to plan outfits. It’s cold in the morning and warm in the evening, so layering is key, but I never really find the balance. Recently I found a thrifted shirt from the Salvation Army Thrift Store. It’s silk, lightweight and perfect for spring. I can layer in the morning with a jacket but after work I am not too hot.
When I was looking through the Salvation Army Thrift Store clothing section I spotted the sleeve of this shirt and knew I had to try it on. Turns out it is a Joie shirt, and a comparable shirt on their sight was $250. I only paid $8.99 for this silk thrifted shirt. I would say that is a pretty good deal.
Frugal Fashion Friday:
Joie Silk Shirt: $8.99 (Salvation Army Thrift Store), Banana Republic Shorts: $5.99 (Salvation Army Thrift Store), Fringe Sandals: $20 (Store in Hawaii)
