There’s a funny story that comes with this jacket. The other day I was about to head out the door and Mark stopped me, “What are you wearing?” My immediate response, “What do you mean, I think I look normal?” He then tells me how a few years back I would make fun of all the older ladies in the neighborhood rocking the long puffer jacket, and couldn’t understand why I was wearing one now. I told him, “I get it now, they are warm and stylish.”

This is my new uniform for spring. I found this BCBG puffer jacket for $14.99 at my local Salvation Army Thrift Store. Although this is slightly more than I normally spend, it’s a great brand, in good shape and I knew I would get a lot of use out of it. After a few short month I actually think I may have worn it out. I’m not kidding.

I have also been on the hunt for a casual pair of runners so I don’t have to wear my gross workout shoes on the weekends. As always I found these vintage look Reeboks at Winners for only $49.99! They are so comfortable and look great with my dark denim jeans. I definitely think a stylish runner is a must have this year.
